check your coil wiring, try to play around the wiring of the coil which is located near the intake.. there might be some wire near the intake already old enough..

hm yes i did. it was a fault of a q45 trottle TPS. the potentiometer was working counterclockwise wile opening trottle differently as in standart setup- clockwise. i remade standart tps and set it indicating factory ohms. it's working perfectly now.
