@revfouts Now that you're so damn fit, do you still continue to drink alcohol or smoke? Or is it necessary to absolutely abandon it to get a six pack?

Hey dude you really inspired me Im going to do like you and stick to it I just started it a week ago but what about the diet ? should we stick to it litterly or you managed to do it without it just reducing soda and alcohol and fast food ??
I am amazed by this if its truth. I just started rev abs first day and its hell i was very soar and its not as hard as insanity. Did you modify your workout totally or just kept it by calender?

@liko098 No modifications. Just followed the program :) It's not as hard as Insanity -- but "intensity" doesn't always mean better... the cardio intervals and interspersed with strength training for a reason... it causes you to work anaerobically... it's very effective. Brett explained the science to me, and it's really a very innovative approach -- even if it isn't as "hard" as Insanity per se :)

@revfouts Thanks for the fast response. I wanted to step out of Insanity (love it but I want something different insnaity is to hard to keep up). It did its job I use to weigh 234 I went down to 193 (however I go up to 197 sometimes and back to 193). What I want is to lose stomach and increase core as well as a little muscle and lose atleast 15 more pounds. I really appreciate the fast response means a lot. You are very inspiring to since you look amazing! Makes me want to stick to the program

@liko098 I think it's a good choice -- you can plateau if all you do is Insanity over and over. I think your goals are definitely attainable with RevAbs -- as an Insanity grad, though, you MAY progress past phase 1 of RevAbs pretty quickly. If you think you've mastered it you can move to phase 2. They are actually re-packaging the program now to make the first phase 30 days anyway, then roll the "Full Throttle" workouts into a third 30 day phase.

3:47 why the tatoos are in dif arms?
Lorddhanil 9 months ago
@Lorddhanil Because some of the photos were taken in a mirror -- I didn't have a camera with a timer at the time so had to get by with my phone and the mirror. Take a picture in a mirror some time, and it will make everything backwards :)
