hi zane, i heard this song when i was about 7yrs old, my dad brought an album from vietnam & that was Carl Smith album & we still have that album up to now, i love this song.. thanks for info..

Wonderful job! My father wrote this song. It was originally cut at Ashna recording on 3rd Ave. in Nashville on 3/10/62. Norman Blake played lead guitar on the original. Thank You very much for sharing!
