Grenslandhallen exists of many halls:

- Ethias Arena: + 21 000 standing

- Studio: + 3000 standing

- Hal 4 (Congresshall): + 5000 standing

- Hal 5: + 5000 standing

... and several smaller halls.

So if the use full capacity, more than 40.000 people could be there. But I have no idea which of the halls the organisation will use.
