This is CLEARly the best way anyone has ever dealt with outsourced customer service.

What is it with this internet companies? I have had just as much trouble with Comcast and AT&T. Comcast refuses to stop sending me junk mail even thought they said they would. AT&T sent me a modem and charged me $100 when I never ordered it in the first place. Nevertheless, this clip was great. So are they going to cancel that early termination fee? You may have figured out how to actually get through to these companies.
