  • Hi, it is very good and thank for this teaching, but can you email me the satay gravy receipe in vegetarian style, let me made it myself for the vegetarian friends tku

  • for all the recipes and Thai cooking videos visit our website

  • I guess satay isn't satay w/o the grilling. I live in China and yet owning a grill in a 4th floor apt isn't convenient. Any ideas?

  • Not sure what your setup is in China but if they have an outdoor patio or porch you could make it there. I wouldn't try doing it indoors unless you have a really good exhaust fan...which we did for this recipe

  • i wanna try it so bad!!! lol

  • I made this dish! It was really easy. As for the Satay... I don't have a grill, so I had to use a pan (without the sticks...). It tasted good, but I know it would of been 100x better on a grill. Anyways... the peanut sauce, I don't care what country it's from, was great! My mom is a picky eater and still loved it.
