  • How about your tech support contacting me? I don't even understand how you can make a video about a product you have never tested, sell it to a bunch of people, & then ignore them! You promised a video! Where is it? There is another company that puts their name on this same camera, out there. I wonder if their firmware is different, & if they actually have a software, for your computer, that works?

  • @avconnectiondotcom - "How about your tech support contacting me?" - I would be happy to pass your information along to our Tech Support Department. Let us know the best way to contact you and we will do so.

"You promised a video! " - we had said previously when you asked about a follow up video that we would see what we could do. Please do say we have made promises when we clearly have not. Our editorial calendar for video production if full at the moment.

    Regards,

  • Is it about taking the money & running Geeks, or is someone going to address these issues?

  • @avconnectiondotcom - have you contacted our technical support department?

  • We bought this camera from you & cannot seem to get it setup to work correctly. No video is displayed. It looks great, but the included instructions are pretty lame, & I wanted to know if you could post a setup video tutorial?

  • @avconnectiondotcom - we'll will see what we can do about a tutorial video!

Have you checked to see if the manufacturer website has anything posted?

  • How can you title this video "wireless camera" and then come on and tell everyone it is not wireless... what a waste of time for someone looking for a wireless security camera...

  • @avconnectiondotcom What's wrong with contacting me right here? Have your tech support reply here, with a solution. I think there are several other companies selling this camera, & there must be a firmware upgrade somewhere.

  • This camera works OK. I bought 10 of them. But the problem is that the software that comes with the camera doesn't have a dyndns or dinamic domain support. Wich means that you can't access from internet using this software to multiple cameras installed on a network. If you don't have a static public ip (wich most ppl doesn't have) then you are in problems. Because you can't search for dinamic domains using their remote client viewer software (dyndns) How about the source code, then?

  • Is the installation software available online? I don't think they the manufacturer's have a website. Would be great if someone could post it to check it out.

  • Still no info on an instructional video, so how about a refund instead?

  • I agree on a video for setting up this camera. The manual is fairly confusing. I called and tech support could not locate a camera and manual to walk through the setup. I gave my phone number for a call back and I am still waiting.
