Excellent commercial. Descon has done well for a Pakistani company.
However, it needs to improve the quality /standard of service it provides, if it wants to compete globally. Pakistani educated engineers (or Indians, for that matter) are not up to the best international standards.
You need to invest in and improve, your system of education.
