a clip of my best friends photos an life that i put together an played at his funeral, jamo sadly passed away at the age of 23 in jan 2010 of a heart attack biking home from a hard days work, i dont get it he was so fit an healthy :( miss u bro

it can happen at any age unfortunately if one's pressure is high enough. my friend a month ago died of a heart attack in his sleep from the amount of stress he was in. when blood flows too fast in a person's body, it doesn't give a chance for oxygen to circulate properly around the body. it then results in a stroke, and if severe enough, a heart attack. maybe something was particularly bothering him that day and added with the exceptional physical labor, it was too much for him.

He died biking home from work. he was struck by a car around 3-4week ago but pur3lized <3 for making this i remember me and jamo were cutting and he was talking about how awesome and everything you were.

wasnt hit by car.. he was jus biking home from work an hada heart attack he fell off his bike an died at the sene, they tried for half hour to bring him back but wasnt succesful :( gf wh4ts love u bro
