  • pretty good, but arms should ne straight!

but i can't do it ether. nice work!

  • @monkula84 This is a basic position intended to be with bent arms. Do you think that someone who can do a full planche will have a difficulty performing straight arms frog stance?.. Keep training.

  • why when i do the frog my knees hurt my elbous?

  • @ilegal95 Its called 'the pussy effect'. You will get over it. Keep training.

  • @RajaJayasinghe it's just a part of tutorial which is posted on his web ...

  • wat is the speciel about this? this is a basic pose right?

  • @goppel1

stop doing the frog stand for a while if you're wrists are hurting. and do some wrist prehap, look up wrist novel movements (i think it is) it helped me with my wrists a while ago. Wrist pain is a real issue, not 'The Pussey Effect'.

  • @zemphyre

What you're describing is a tuck planche. This is a frog stand, it's different.

  • i always end hitting the floor with my forehead when i try this :D

  • @ilovescooters2001 He's actually doing it wrong in the video. Your knees aren't supposed to touch your elbows. Your elbows are supposed to be tucked inside the knees, where the thighs are.

  • i cant put my knees on my elbows coz it hurts too much, help meeee

  • i think your arms need to be straight when you do these. I am not professional thats jsut what i learned in my gymnastics training. Are you doing it a different way?

  • booty shorts!
