This week has been full of dream work-- the sort that can be uncomfortable, clearing type work.. Through regular dreams, lucid dreams, visions, everything . .
Today was wierd. I had a dream where I was poured a glass of whiskey and I drank it right down then I was handed three pain pills which I swallowed and washed down with another glass of whiskey... Not a drinker or medicator. Haven't swallowed a drop of beer in over 20yrs. I'm sitting thinking about this dream when a neighbor from the end of the block (heroin addict) knocked on my door to see if I wanted to join their 'super-bowl' party. "No thanks" I said. "I'm kinda busy"... wierd huh?
Thanks Casey... I have been having somewhat similar phenomenon occuring: The core contraction; The ensuing blissfull states (a taste of honey and blissful bodily and psychic states) like raptures; I stay all blissed out and then eventually I want to sleep. I'm with the bliss in the crown until I doze. As I begin dreaming, I come awake. then I get up again, remembering a vivid dream. Not sleeping much. Maybe an hour or so at a time. Breath becomes minimal. Pulsing takes over. This brings bliss.
What you said in the end was very helpful to me. I find similar themes popping up in my dreams and they are things that will suck me in so I'm so into the dream that waking up does not occur. I had not thought of things in that way before and this will help me a lot in my quest to lucid dream more since it is rare occurance right now.
