**Always follow the instructions in your repair manual when doing repair or maintenance work on a motorcycle. Manuals can be found at the dealer and online.**

Harley Davidson brake pads have wear indicator marks in the brake pad friction material, but the marks are sometimes hard to see with the pads installed on the motorcycle. By removing the brake pads from the motorcycle you can easily see and measure the brake pad wear. The minimum brake pad friction material thickness for the 2008 Harley Davidson Road Glide for both the front and rear brakes is .016". The brake pads can be measured using a set of calipers.

  • Hey smallengineshop! Loving your vids - keep up the good work!!

I'm from the UK - and I have a 93 zephyr 750 - just getting into doing stuff myself (and enjoying the experience). Would love to see anything you may want to make to do with tuning/fuel efficiency/performance/carbs - that kind of thing

    Cheers!!
