I love your video.....what you said made me cry, cause I too were ashamed of my natural hair. I have been natural for 8 months now, and I am learning how to take care of my hair, and know that the way god created me is beautiful. Keep up the good work, you are so encourging!!

You are beautiful. What hurts as someone who is 52 years old is that we still are so conditioned to believe that our natural beauty is ugly. We are still aligning our beauty with that of Europeans who have never been beautiful or real for that matter. We come from a Continent where in some parts the fuller figure we are the more beautiful. We need to learn to reclaim our beauty?

You are a BEAUTIFUL woman!! I mean that sincerely. I never saw you with relaxed hair and with un-chemically processed hair you are beautiful. Thank you for your journey and inspiration.
