  • Why didn;t you use elecrolyte gelatine instead of cheese?

  • I used to experiment a lot like that (and sometimes still do) and I found that I would get the greatest reading when the type of metal for one of the test leads making contact with my test substance was different from each other. Like copper-clad pennies, aluminum kitchen measuring cups and galvanized steel nails for woodworks.
