Normally straight-laced sounding Radio 4 presenter Charlotte Green can't keep a straight face after someone in the studio apparently whispers in her ear that the world's oldest sound recording sounds like 'a bee in a jar'.

Oh, Charlotte. I was listening to this when it was broadcast, and I nearly crashed my car almost literally dying with laughter. Fortunately, I was driving down Stone Street near Canterbury, and it was dead at that time in the morning. I pulled over in a lay-by and laughed until I cried and my voice was hoarse. Definitely a bumblebee in a jar. ;)
