I've started to learn Hungarnian recently, but it is really difficult. actually, my Hungarian sounds more like north Korean or sth ; / Wish me luck.

I am Hungarian living abroad living my life in a foreign language (Swedish). Many people, who give it a try to learn Hungarian, see mostly the difficulties and the complicity of the grammar. Those who can get passed that threshold will discover the streight forward and facinating logic behind this language and also the endless possibilities and playfulness to express onself. I'm swedish tryna learn HUngarian.. Sounds like a mixture of finnish and russian to me. Love it nontheless

@Junokaii omg that was just a hyperbole, I didn't mean that they sound the same, but i wanted to tell that my ability to speak hungarian is really bad and my hungarian doesn't sound like it should sound at all, so i compared it with completely different language. Isn't that obvious? You really shouldn't take everything literally.

@92temari Hungarian could never sound like Korean in the least. Lol... I had a gf who was korean and I am hungarian, to me they sound absolutely nothing alike.

I'm learning the language too because I'm only ethnically Hungarian, but I'm Canadian.
