So this exercise (FOR SURE) will hurt one ankle and both knees. If you're not really flexible it'll hurt both ankles, knees and back. I suggest that you avoid this one. or if you're doing it, do it after you've reached a certain level of fitness and not more than 15 reps.

with time i have learnt one thing that is every part of your body does need a bit of muscle to support it...so all the bony, skinny, really slim women who think they are safe...actually you are not!!! exercise is very good but dont go to a level where your body just looks like a skeleton

This actually isn't that hard as long as you're not trying for the 60 reps the first time you try it, maybe start off at 10?

I don't know why ppl say to get fat girls to do this... Dumb bitches don't realize if a fat chick did this she wudnt be fat and even if she were I doubt she'd be able to do it well enough

Yea I tred this; broke my ankle, tore a ligament and pulled a muscle.
