that's correct. It does come with a fridge, stove and microwave. And you usually get your own garage space.

Are these hard to get? My husband will be doing a fellowship there from July 1st 2012-July 1st 2013.

@darcycreehan3 - They can be hard to get. The secret is to call back frequently. Don't just sit back and think, "well, I'm on the waiting list, they'll call me when my name comes up." That's not how it works. Call frequently.
Now, the fact that you're starting during the summer bodes very well for you because there will be many more openings.
The other thing you can do is contact the dept he'll be "fellowing" for. Sometimes they have reserved spots.

They seem like they have quite a bit of room! Do you feel like there is room enough for your family or if you could would you move to a bigger apartment?

@PropertySolutions1 There was plenty of room for our family of 3. Fine for the family or 4. But when we got to a family of 5, we moved to a three bedroom, two bath because we needed more room.

@Jaime44244 --I'm afraid I don't know. My only experience is with the University Village apartments. You'll just have to call the UCLA housing office.
