It's not fake, just some cop trying to call it fake in hope it changes peoples mine. The cop is looking for an excuse to pull his gun. Everyone, ALLWAYS report this kind of behavior, the complaint goes into the cop file so if this crap happens again or if the cop comes after you, you'll have prof of harassment.
