  • i disagree, u shouldnt force your shoulders to be back. Thats tiring and not natural. My suggestion is that use your abs to lift ur body up, and in this way, ur shoulder will hold back naturally.

  • This video does not touch on what is probably the most important part of healthy walking -- ball-heel-ball walking. Heel-ball walking is unnatural and puts undue stress on your lower back.
