Ventrac land owner tackles the overgrown brush, briar bushes, thorns, and 6ft high weeds with a Ventrac, clearing off 30 degree slopes, and a wet creek bed and making them passable again. A time-lapse shot shows the landscape transformed from an overgrown jungle, to a managed wooded area in just a few hours.

  • what type of fuel does it take?

  • @bobcat101100 Ventrac is available in both gas and diesel models. The tractor featured in this clip has a 31hp liquid cooled turbo diesel engine in it.

  • . Is the drive system hydrostatic?

  • wow there taking out stuff up to 1/2 inch - that makes my head spin think of a whole 1/2 inch being taken out . thing looks like an overpriced piece of equipment with overpriced attachments that no one has and can use except for ventrac- ill take a 4wd tractor and brush hog any day of the week over that toy.

  • @Ventrac7 Well I would like one but they're too expensive for me to buy.

  • @Ventrac7 How much for one with a gasoline engine?

  • I think i'd go with a mulcher for that stuff.

  • @unclepain199 i believe the tractor is 17,000 and 3,000 for the mower attachment.

Thats what i was told at the MGIA show.
