  • I wasn't planning on setting a time limit, but you should realize that in an actual debate round, when your opponent finishes speaking, he sits down and you get up and attack his speech. Its quick and dirty. You have to think fast. An entire round takes about 35 minutes in real life.

  • "When in conflict, theory is more important than practice."

  • i'm going to try to exercise more. i know it's a simple resolution but i need to do it :P

  • be it resolved:

"The improvement of utah air quality must take priority over personal concern."

  • RESOLVED:

that the UNITED STATES trubute and contract with the native amarican peoples is payed in full.

  • Is there any kind of ime limits imposed upon the responses? I would find it a mild burden if I were pressured for time.

My opinion is that it would be reasonable to have all 5 videos (3 affirmative and 2 negative) posted within 3 weeks time minimum, or 4 or 5 weeks maximum. I believe a person could only form a coherent response if he were given 5 - 7 days time to pontificate. To go less than that is to rush it.
