Well, perhaps not the usual type of MMORPG... I don't know what could work well, but something in which you usually only use the stylus could work well... some kind of strategic online numbers game, with armies and stuff.
I think handhelds are good for MMOs since they are portable, but you need the portable internet as well...

Thanks! Well, project freezed for now, and in spirit of current PalmOne state, there is no sence to contionue dev - there will be no players online. Pocket/Symbian seems more promising, but anyway handheld is not the right platform for MMORPG.
