What a cute outfit! Where did you get that nail polish?

@BubblegumTeddybear Thank you! haha, it's kind of funny. I've had a lot of nail polishes, from cheap to very expensive. I got this one I'm wearing in the vid at the .99 cent store, and it's one of the nicest ones I've used. It dries fast, goes on really smooth, and is thick enough to cover in one good coat. Go figure, huh? xD

Oooooh! What a good idea! I am an artist, and I always thought that Lolita and art never really mixed. (Messy paint and all that...) And of course, I wouldn't actually wear Loli if I was painting...But this is soooo cute! ♥ And it's even all pink! X3 It would be wonderful to wear to an art museum or show. ♥ ♥

Dear Shelby,

I really like this outfit you've pulled together for the art expo. You've got such great coordinating skills. That's why I wondered if you could give me some advice. I own the ETC Mermaid JSK in ecru (it's got an empire waist). And it has sadly been collecting dust in the back of my closet for months.
