@trunk516 Your partially right a 6 pack does beat a 4 bbl. But not the 2 -4bbl. carbs the 426 Hemi has.

Great car..great vid too. I had a friend had a GTX with the 440 six-pack..and everywhere we went..the first question outta anyones mouth was...Does it got a hemi??? sheeeit...not baggin on hemi's but a 440 is more cubes and a 6 pack beats a 4 barrel...just sayin...siighh

For arodgerson, the basic 440 had a single four barrel carb. The 440 six - pack had three two-barrel carbs, hence six barrels, or, six-pack. The basic 440 was rated 375 hp, and the six-pack was rated 390 hp.

Another point(s)...the Dodge called a 440+6a "six-pac"...the Plymouth is referred to it as a six barrel. Also, the shaker hood was standard on the hemi and an option on the 440 six barrel.
