I have a Corvette Standard passive 5 string in Nirvana black. It is the best bass I have played in my 20+ years of playing. I have had Kramer, Jackson, BC Rich, Steinberger, Fernandez, Spector, Fender, Ibanez, Cort, and a few others. Warwick is one bad mamba jamba. I'd maim someone if they stole it.

Hey gr8 playing, gr8 sound. I'm a drummer that been diggin on bass for the last year. I have an OLP 4 string. I remember what happened to my drumming when I bought my yamaha maple customs. Now I want to step up with the bas and get a thumb. Do you think it's a good choice for my first pro bass?

Can't go wrong with a Thumb Bass ...Would be a great choice in that price range..

If i slap alot and pay a lot of funk and grove, should i get a warwick or stingray?
WalliceTheWallBall 2 years ago
I actually own and love both...I find I'm quicker on my warwick because of the narrow neck...but for finger style funk the stingray is superior...best bet is to go to a music store and see which one feels the best to you..
