Starspangledbanner made beating some very good sprinters in the Golden Jubilee Stakes look relatively easy. If you're clocking a 9 second furlong, that's flat out cooking with Crisco. I'd love to see Starspangledbanner over 6 furlongs against Hong Kong's Sacred Kingdom. To date, I believe Sacred Kingdom is the best 6 furlong sprinter anywhere in the world. But if there's a horse that could knock him off of the mountain top? Starspangledbanner is most certainly that horse. IMO.
