How to enable Push notifications using Push Doctor on an IOS 4 Jailbroken iPhone or iPod touch

1.Uninstall any applications that you want to use push notifications with.
2.Launch cydia.
3.Add the source "http://cmdshft.ipwn.me/apt"
4.Click on the source and find "Push Doctor".
5.Install.
6.Reboot.
7.Install any applications you uninstalled before.

when i install it, it says that i had a problem and that it was installed like half of the program, why this happen, how can i repair that so that the program can be installed correctly ???

@narciza19 You do need to turn off your phone, airplane mode won't have the same effect, and just reinstall it.

it works but...when i go into the app, the most recent notifion will not be in the app. this is annoying because the push notification wont show the full message if its long.
