Use Maven to perform common tasks such as: Reset a password, Enable or Disable a User, Find a computer where a user is logged onto, Ping a computer, Query a computer for any WMI data, registry keys or ADSI data, Wake up a machine, Quickly filter Active Directory information for users and computers, and Display nested group memberships. Maven is a Window Support Framework. Maven allows companies to standardize and audit the use of all of their support tools.
This is just a small demo of commonly performed tasks. You can add whatever menu items or queries your help desk uses on a daily basis.
