I too tried to file a complaint about the corrupt San Jose police, but the woman on the phone refused to file the complaint. She insisted the corrupt San Jose police would retaliate by killing my entire family and allowing me to live so I could suffer till the day I die... GOD ignores me when I ask GOD for his help...

Lies and intimidation. I'm pretty sure you are entitled to a lawyer any time you deal with police, including while filing a complaint. But since cops aren't held to any sort of accountability, they can claim pretty much whatever they want. It's on you to know what your rights are. He shouldn't even be in there without a lawyer. If he had one with him, this conversation would have been noticeably different.
