  • What do you think would be the iihs rating?

  • @crashtest2302

I think this would be an overall "Acceptable" rating. The footwell deformed quite a bit and the doors jammed and bowed out making it very difficult to get to the passengers. Restraints and Dummy Movement deserves a Good, but the safety Structure definitely earned a Marginal or Acceptable.

  • Kind of a bullshit test. The truck was tested against a car in a crash test of a closing speed of nearly 70mph, and this truck could very well have been driven to the local Burger King for some burgers and then go back to the house for Monday night football. This is a well built truck and if it gets anything other than a best pick its just not fair to it.

  • @spencerearl1996 I call BULLSHIT on that.

  • the 2004-2008 Ford F-250 was assembled in

  • there is alot improvement on the 2007 then the 2006 crash test but its even more safer now.

  • what the fuc the wind shield is like fiber glassnon bendabale

  • @bear357 lol okay sure

  • it is my understanding that these trucks with the backwards opening rear doors are unsafe because they lack a strength,

  • You know whats kinda weird is that vehicles now days are nothing like the vehicles back in the 60's and 70's. My dad had a 1977 4 door dodge 1 ton 4x4 413 big block truck that got hit by a semi-truck that was goin 65 mph down the interstate while my dad was pullin out from the side of the interstate and my dads truck totaled the semi but all he did to his truck was just bend the bumper and the tail gate just a little bit.
