Christy insists that Cass and Frankie join her in a champagne toast to Douglas in celebration of his life and what he left behind for all of them. Christy guzzles her entire glass of champagne and rhetorically asks, "Isn't that better? Isn't champagne wonderful?" Cass suggests they go easy on the champagne. Christy says she can't believe they're using the champagne to toast her dead husband instead of Cass and Frankie's marriage. At this point, Frankie steers Christy to the couch to sit down and sits down with her. Christy wants to have Douglas's memorial service at the university chapel. Frankie wants to talk about it tomorrow, but Christy wants to talk about it now, and talks about how popular Douglas was on campus. Christy then says she can't even remember what her life was like before she had Douglas, and she doesn't think she can go back. Frankie tells Christy that she doesn't have to go back, she can move on. Frankie says that she and Cass will take care of Christy. Cass looks on as Frankie hugs Christy. Thanks to Janie for the scenes.
