Hmm. I think I know that seeing as I explained that in the description. It should be HD but for some reason it lost all the quality when it was uploaded. And I just decided to leave it. I would love to have it in HD but everytime I upload things it doesnt end up that way. Do you have any suggestions cuz I will fix it if I can figure out why it doesnt upload in HD.

Import the video into windows movie maker than save the video than you can choose what quiality to put it in

oh ok thats a good idea. But when I try and save a video on my version of windows movie maker it crashes. I have vista and there are some weird problems with it lol.
