My mentor invited me to a special anniversary service at her church a few months ago. Outside the church, was a man with a huge black and white sign that read, "FAKE PASTORS - BLACK ATTACKS!" Of course, being the inquisitive person that I am, I pulled out my camera and immediately starting "interviewing" him. I asked him who he was, what organization he represented and why he was protesting the church Pastor. He allowed me to film him and during the brief interview, another lady walked by and gave her opinion also. Needless to say, it was a brief but interesting five minutes. A staunch believer in free speech, I welcome all comments but excessive profanity (comments), on either side will be immediately deleted.

  • Missed the issue entirely. Gay people

deserve and demand due process and

equal protection under law as guaranteed under the 14th amendment to

the U.S. Constitution to all citizens.

  • Really? Homosexuality is a choice? Did you choose to like women, or if you're a woman, did you choose to like men?

    It's not a choice, moron.

  • People are stupid. This guys does not give two shits about the black community. He is just saying so in oder to attack gays and get the Afro Americans on his side for numbers. Its called game!

  • Everything this man says is a point on match!

  • hahahahaha best comment... no one is immune (to the scourge of homosexuality)... it's a horrible way to put it but these people and their views will die out as generations go by. All the rest of us can do is live with the confidence that morality amongst the majority has always increased. Women have rights, the slaves were set free, and gays will one day marry. In the meantime live like you have the rights you deserve.

  • i like to think of it like this....if an interracial couple fall in love, neither one of them can help the color of their skin, but in the same way if two men fall in love, neither one of them can help what gender they were born as. The men could choose to marry women just as the interracial couple could choose to marry their own race, but in the end they love who they love. its not gay rights, its gender rights

  • american idiot

  • He's absolutely correct. Homosexuals should be ashamed to try and use being gay as a comparison to being black. Being black came from above, being gay came from below. God made me black, God did not make homosexuality. but if homo's can say God made them this way, then they feel as though you cant argue with them without arguing with God. Homosexuality is a choice . People say they were born that way , the way I was born black, but you were really born with a demon spirit of homosexuality.
