Years ago on my way to my deer stand to bow hunt, I came upon a king snake that had a copperhead wrapped up like that. At first I thought I was looking at somethings intestines on the leaves because the underside of the copperhead was sorta pink. Took a different route back to vehicle after dark.LOL

i hope you got you and your dog away, kingsnakes are my favorite snakes, but they can be very dangerous, they are probably one of the toughest/ harshest snakes. There tough and SWEET!

King snake from other part of country donot necessarily immune to the venon of local snake. King snake captured from your own region would bethe best.
