May I ask why you didn't make a separate mesh for the eyes?

This is AMAZING but could you please sculpt something... younger?

@naly202 tools / deformation / relax , or use tools /subtools / remesh / select new mesh without details , you will loose them after remesh , and project all this will preoject youre details in new mesh with much better topology , also try to subdivide to get more resolution on youre mesh
