I use smoothwall never let me down split zones, custom plugins and with my little 9" screen on the case back lit blue its looks sexy in the corner showing traffic data :)

@jpng81 I had IPCop virtualized, but I don't particularly like to set it up that way... There are a few systems I like to keep separate and my firewall is one :)
