I know you don't know me, but I think you are pretty talented for someone who has only been playing a few years. I like the distortion sound, simply because nothing else sounds like it. But if I had to choose my favorite, I'd pick the chord progressions without distortion. It sounds clean, smooth, and nice. Either way, keep playing. Have a great day. :)
