Watch the clip through a few times. Watch the form and read the notes. You want to really squeeze your belly and lift your shoulders high if your fitness level allows it. Shoot for 5-16 reps per move. For the static holds...hold for 8-15 secs. Do this right and you will not have to look any further for a workout that will give you the best results.... .~ahmad

  • ok...i promise my self that tomorrow after 1 hour walking...i'll do this for a few months to see....hope helps me loose some of my belly FAT!!!!...can u send me a video of wich exercise i can do to burn the fat under my sides of the torso...i mean where the arms rest...on the chest side...lol hope u get it...i want to loose it but my back is wide by birth so i don't want to put it worst either...thank you!

  • @makingthebest09 Ohhhhhhh ok; thanks. Pilates worked best for me in the past and I think it's because the instructors always, always, always stress pulling the abs toward the spine and keeping good form, going sloooowly. I will give these a try. Thanks!
