  • @TheAlphaBody Luv going to the gym 4-6 times week. Unfortunately found out two months ago I had a health issue I didn't know about that I have had all my life! - Required me to go on special diet and my energy levels went crazy... So could not exercise at all. And yep... Put on a stack of weight. Grrrr! Not to worry I am back into again in the next week.
