  • Hi Corrie, :)

I really try to eat healthy for a great skin. I do a lot of sports, eat vegetables, fruits, nuts, drink tons of water and all that kind of stuff, but my skin is always very dry and I dont know why. Do you have any idea what could cause dry skin? I dont have any pimples and maybe something is missing in my diet. Btw I love your videos so much :). They are very informative and helpful and there are not a lot nutrition advise gurus on youtube, so please do more videos you are awesome!

  • @2303Lisa Is this is a seasonal thing or it is absolutely all the time because many people do have dry skin in the winter that a good facial moisturizer can help. Use the moisturizer when you have damp skin so it can help seal the moisture in. I like using one at night after washing my face. Only wash your face once a day the soap could be taking away natural oils on your skin. If you are getting in the nutrients, water, and have a good skin routine I would see a doctor for possible conditions.

  • It would be so helpful if you could please make a video on your workouts since it's hard to know what to do as a girl. Thank you!!

  • @sierathesinger21 I will be recording some things in the gym this next week! Thanks! :)

  • @Takeoffmycolors If those foods are causing irritation I would avoid those foods! I listed some foods such as broccoli and cantaloupe and spinach that you can add into your diet to get that vitamin A as well!

  • @KaylaCosmetics Depends on your budget! I use lancome Genifique but i also really like Olay total effects!
