I haven't seen this until now... but I appreciate that in Canada we take the effort to really look a little deeper. This is one of the most intuitive news presentations of Parkour I've ever seen. This is one of the most down to earth things I've seen to date. I practice capoeira, parkour, and freerunning myself (not well, but I'm learning, everyone starts somewhere), and this video feels 'right'. To all those saying "I'll can't ever do this!"... i know a man who lost his hand... and STILL does!
no, no he didn't. Raymond Belle was part of the military which used georges hebert method of natural training. he then showed this to david, who then developed it into what parkour is today.
Time 1:48 in the video is not natural. This is a cult. You can't stand with body strength at a 90 degree angle with the ground. Something is definately off with that to me. Look at it.
