  • I haven't seen this until now... but I appreciate that in Canada we take the effort to really look a little deeper. This is one of the most intuitive news presentations of Parkour I've ever seen. This is one of the most down to earth things I've seen to date. I practice capoeira, parkour, and freerunning myself (not well, but I'm learning, everyone starts somewhere), and this video feels 'right'. To all those saying "I'll can't ever do this!"... i know a man who lost his hand... and STILL does!

  • it's a little thing called Vince is a ninja.

  • no, no he didn't. Raymond Belle was part of the military which used georges hebert method of natural training. he then showed this to david, who then developed it into what parkour is today.

  • THEY ARE WRONG DAVID BELLE'S DAD MADE IT IN VIETNAM! damn... get the facts right

  • a cult? you're shitting me right?

  • we know you silly goose...

  • We know, but there was only a couple....Shhhh....

  • flips arent parkour thats free running

  • its a little called strength. ;)

  • Time 1:48 in the video is not natural. This is a cult. You can't stand with body strength at a 90 degree angle with the ground. Something is definately off with that to me. Look at it.
