Spokane Chiefs 08-09 Season Highlights

Video for the 2008-2009 Chiefs.

I try and make these videos annual. Im open to suggestions for ideas, songs, or videos to use. Tell me the pros and cons of this and my other so i can get better at making these, thanks =).

Unfortunetly we didnt win it that year but it was still a great run. I wish i had some Dan Boyle in there but i cant capture it myself..yet. Jared Cowen is going to Ottawa, Dustin Tokarski to Tampa, Bowman to Carolina, and Wahl was drafted to Atlanta. But we still got a pretty good team. Keep rooting for the chiefs guys, Go Chiefs Go!

I am so glad i finally got this done. I really like it, almost better than my first one. Unfortunetly we didnt get to the Cup this year but im sure well keep our dynasty going and be a contender in the playoffs for a while now. Tokarski is going to Tampa Bay now, Drayson Bowman to Carolina Hurricanes, and Jared Cowen to Ottawa Senators. I have to say this is my best video i have made so far and when compared to my first, its easy to see when i made each of them. I love making these videos for the chiefs and i cant wait to see them in action next year! So yeah rate it, comment, or whatever! Thanks for watching! GO CHIEFS GO!!!

btw i saw in newspaper today cowen is being allowed to play for the chiefs this year. ottawa is letting him

first, i love tihs video , thanks for posting it and I'm am so excited for this coming year. Roman is a better skill player than letts but we need someone aggressive that can hit out there like letts and donaghy. It sucks about them not letting Ro play :(......

yeah thanks, i had fun making it. I cant wait to see the chiefs in action again. its been too long since ive seen a real hockey game. one of the days donaghy showed up to the camp and he is GOOD. not only every fight ive seen him in he wins, but hes fast, gritty, and can snipe. Reason i dont like letts is he is slow, dosent backcheck, and gets stupid penalties all the time. donaghy plays like its his last shift every time.

I honestly think this is the best video i have ever made. compared to my first, you can really tell. I am doing a camp this week and tyler johnson, cam severson, and ty jones are all in it. its great seing some big time stars and soon to be playing. If you guys have any ideas i should use wheter its songs or anything for next year post post post! thanks guys

if you think this stuff about letts you don't know hockey plain and simple... and no shit roman is a better skill player than letts but its not a choice whether we can have roman back or not he is gone... letts will be back he will improve (he works as hard as anyone in the offseason evidence is his vast point improvement this year)

you must just be a bunch of puck bunnies talking out of your ass if you don't like Letts. I love donaghy but he takes more bad penalties than Letts.

uh i have been playin hockey since i was little so dont even bring that up. Letts, memorial cup year, was a grinder. 30 sec shift of pounding a guy or getting the hitting started then off the ice. this year he got moved up to what second line? i thought he was doing good at the start of the season, later when he got to the playoffs letts did NOTHING but get STUPID retalition penalties. Donaghy was out there skating his ass off doing his job. ALMOST getting the OT winner in game 7 with the giants

1:50 Was hard to watch because the chiefs scored on the goalie who at the tim was my cousin but I love the Chiefs and I love Spokane!

i agree with most of that but we do need bigger players like letts bc/ we lost Calla, Glass, and McCrae...all bigger aggresive hitters. hope we get some good talent to replace them. Donaghy is awesome, so scrappy and plays with alot of heart. cant wait for this season!

i like letts but i have a feeling he could get traded for someone else, plus donaghy can play defence and offence. Do you think Bartman is out?

i agree with your oldies for sure. bo, ro, tok are gone. I like Bartman, dont get me wrong but i feel like Donaghy is a more versatile and tough player than Bart. We definetley need spurg back this year with Cow on defence. they are great together!
