July 27th, 1991 - Going to Asakusa to see the Sumida-gawa (River) Fireworks Festival (隅田川花火大会). This includes views of Ueno, lining up for tickets, riding the Ginza Line to Asakusa, watching the fireworks in Asakusa, and then taking a few trains from Asakusa over to the Seibu-Ikebukuro Line.
