I know this billy kid. It is not so much that he is retarded, severely or mildly, but that he has tattoos below the unemployment line. I've seen him polish off a meat loaf platter and a blueberry pancake breakfast followed by chocolate cake at the local Cracker Yacky and look good doing it, then pedal his hipster trike down the sidewalk while smoothing down his dapper dan 50's trim and letting it all ride. Is it any surprise he caught Jim James in the eye?

This song is about my ex-boyfriend beating up Jim James at a party in Louisville when Billy was young and severely retarded....now he is only mildly retarded. I think Jim is right on the money for calling him a stupid fuck.
