In real life Tom Lenk (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Transformers) is a HUGE Tim Gunn Fan. His dreams came true when he met the Project Runway star and Style Guru live and in person in NYC. After exchanging info, Tom worked up the courage to call Tim...the following is...well the title says it all. This short film premiered at the 2011 Austin Gay and Lesbian International Film Festival (aGLIFF).

I think my favorite bit was the end, with you realizing that not only have you failed to leave your number, but you are going to come off like a dork or a stalker if you leave one more message. The next vid should be you breaking into his place to steal the answering machine before he gets there/hears it... or steal his code/try to hack it to erase it. Total win for suave-failure. Always adorable.

I LOVE Tom and Tim! Did Tim ever call back? I think the world might implode if that much awesome was together for to long, though. : )

And it's super awesome that Alyson Hannigan introduced the two. Does she hang out with Tim, or was it just after TIm was on her show? Sorry, I'll shut up now.
