@zepoe Great to hear!! It's a great prep method, I think :) - Kat

Thanks! You convinced me and I got one at a nearby shop here in Amsterdam. Works great! I find that I use the maximum of 21gr of coffee ground on the Ascaso Isteel (on its finest setting) that you demonstrated in another video to get a slow flow with lots of crema from the MyPressi. I like your informal presentation style, feels like your shop is just around the corner that way.

Hello! I have only one question... How many cups I can make with one cartridge/sparklet?
Thanks!

@SeattleCoffeeGear OK, thanks! It is possible to say how long stand by the pressure? for example when I make only one coffee...

@BebeBicy It seems to retain it for each use until the capsule runs out; I have pulled shots days apart without issue - Kat

Hey again Kat!
Two questions here:
1) What is the grind setting for this?
2) How often did you / would you find it can go 'sour'?

@ClassicsCafe You want to do an espresso type grind for this if you're using the standard basket; but there is a pressurized as well that is not as picky. As long as you heat everything up to the right temp, the sourness can be non-existent. Just gotta make sure you do so - Kat
