In an exclusive, one-on-one interview, New York Now spoke with Governor Paterson on Thursday about property taxes and national politics.
Here are a few highlights of the conversation that you can see on this week's New York Now:
* When asked if he would support moving the traditional month of New York's school budget vote from May to November, the Governor said he would: Paterson doesn't think the opponents of his proposed tax cap legislation have an equally effective plan to cut property taxes.
*Governor Paterson, a strong supporter of New York's Junior Senator, now says he fully supports Barack Obama for President, and would campaign for him if asked. In fact, Paterson is hoping to formally announce his support for Obama here in New York sometime in the future at an event that features the presumed nominee.
Also coming up on the show, why former Clinton White House Press Secretary Dee Dee Myers thinks women should rule the world.

As a New Yorker, I am so ashamed and disgusted with this moron. He has been completely incapable of handling the governorship since the day he took over. And due to his incompetence, we citizens must suffer.
