Wow, I think the late Duke and Duchess made a good call, having Emily take care of her younger sisters. Look how Caroline's sons turned out, spoiled and undisciplined as they were. They only get worse as they grow up.

Come to think of it, I think their Mother was the selfish one by willing herself to die because of her husband. She needed to live to take care of her own children. She was the selfish one.

I think it was her mother's wish that the children go with Emily. I believe her father forgave her for running away with Mr. Fox. Her mother was wise.

I think that Caroline was so irrational and self righteous about custody of the girls. It's not like she was so great in decision making.
