Here's a hint to get you started. The name of the upwards pointing arrow is Tyr, which is a norse god as well as a rune. This clue is good enough to lead to others, such as why Judas is in this video and who he is representing. A flash of Judas biting Jared's left wrist, the one with the first glyph, is at 0:45. Simply wikipedia-ing Tyr will give you quite a few anwsers, and more questions.
